If you don't have a Steve Madden store nearby, and you'd like to complete an exchange, please place a new order for the style, colour, size you want, and then contact Customer Service to get return authorization and a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us as a return. Customer Service will file the return as an exchange and a full refund will be issued once the merchandise is received at our warehouse.
