You can return merchandise purchased online at one of our Steve Madden retail stores in Canada. You may be refunded to the original method of payment and then purchase the item you wish. Please click here to find the closest store to you.

If you'd like to complete an exchange online because your item doesn’t fit, please visit our Returns Center. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped once your return has been received and processed. If your exchange item goes out of stock before your original order is returned, your original order will be refunded.

If you wish to exchange for a different style or colour, place a new order for the style, colour, and size you would like. Then, contact Customer Service at 1-877-940-9480 to get a shipping label to return the original item back to us. Please have your new order number so we can process the return as an exchange. A full refund for the original order will be issued once the returned merchandise is received at our warehouse.
