Yes, we accept returns for online purchases at Steve Madden stores in Canada.

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery (this excludes online exclusive and Apparel items which must be returned via mail). Clearance items, earrings, bodysuits, masks, and mask filters may not be returned or exchanged. All handbags and accessories must have original tags attached. Take the merchandise in its original packaging to the store. Make sure you have the order number, or the email confirmation sent after an order is placed. Shipping charges are not refundable.
